We will inform our Prime customers via email whenever we start pre-booking on BIG Launches. This will be exclusively for our PRIME Customers only. Pre-booking for all other customers starts after that. This means our Prime customers have a complete chance of booking their favorite outfit!
Dedicated support on our whatsapp and email for all our prime customers would be available during our 10 to 6 office timings.
Our regular exchange period is within 14 days of delivery and in the same brand. However, for our prime customer it is extended to ONE month and in ANY brand!
By default, Prime customers get express shipping anywhere in Pakistan. Your orders are processed on priority and shipped through express service only! However Sanaulla will not be responsible if there is a launch delay by the brand.
We communicate our customers the lead time required for stitching, we guarantee the fastest stitching time for our PRIME Customers every time! Again, Sanaulla will not be responsible if stitching gets delayed to the launch delays
