You can create an account by clicking on Your Account tab at our home page. While creating an account, you will be asked for your address, phone number other relevant details. We ensure Sanaulla Store only uses that information for delivery and contact purpose.

Ordering at our website is safe, secure, fast and reliable. We have been serving customers internationally and locally since 2010.

Products shown at our website are available in our stock, if you are looking for a particular product or design and unable to find it at our website then that product must be out of stock or yet to launch. You may contact us to find out more details.

Our facebook page is regularly updated with new launches and upcoming collection. As that is not our selling point we may not necessarily update it that frequently. For available stock you may always visit our website www.sanaullastore.com or message us on facebook

red dot to the product in your cart means that product have recently gone out of stock. To proceed with the order you need to remove the red dotted products from the cart and then check out. Please note that products in cart do not guarantee an order. An order is only confirmed and held once it is placed. You get a confirmation invoice via email as soon as the order is placed.

You may place an order by first creating an account and then adding products to cart. Once products are added to cart, please proceed with the checkout button and enter your login details. Our system will then show you the shipping/payment options and all your order details along with the invoice are emailed once you select one of the payment options and confirm your order. How To Pay?

We Currently have 6 payment options for our local and interanational customer which are as follows:


1.       Money Transfer: this includes Western Union, Money Gram, Express Money and UBL. This option is for our international customers only as money transfers do not work locally. A reliable and fast way of making the payment. 


2.       Pay by Credit card, Debit card or Paypal through 2Checkout: This is our most secure, reliable and fastest way of making the payment. Hassle free and secured through SSL certificates. There is no additional charge for using this payment method. If you are ordering in other currency except US Dollars the amount is converted in US Dollars as that is the default currency. You may change the currnecy again when making payment at 2CO page This option is available for both our local and international customers.

 Important Note: Currency conversion done at 2CO website while making the payment is not control by us and currency rates might differ with what's mentioned at our website


3.     Bank Wire/Bank deposit: Another option of making the payment is through depositing the amount in our bank account. We have currently listed 2 Banks that are Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Summit Bank Limited. This option is preferred for our local customers only as international bank transfer may take up to 8 to 12 working days.


4.       Easy paisa: This option is for our local customers only who can transfer payment through their easy paisa mobile number or by visiting any easy paisa outlets across Pakistan. 


5.       Pay at our Store (Tariq Road Store): Now you have the option of visiting our store and make the payment then and there. For customers who have their relatives living in Karachi, this can be a very convenient option. Place an order at our website and pay at our store. The order can be shipped or picked from our store as requested by the customer.


6. Cash On Delivery (within Pakistan): For our customers all over Pakistan we now offer Cash on delivery service. Order at our website and pay at delivery. Delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days 

Yes, that is very much possible; you can place an order at our website and update your delivery address as one of Pakistan's. Note you can store more than one address at your account and choose your delivery address accordingly every time you place an order.

Shipment and Delivery

We have partnered with different couriers companies and ship all around the globe and locally both. For shipments outside Pakistan we use Skynet and DHL for delivering. Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on which country the order is being shipped. 

You don't have to pay any delivery charges later on once you have paid to us. However in some countries (mostly Bangladesh, India and UK) the local custom authorities might charge duty on parcels. We or our courier partners have no say over it.

You can also get the order picked from our store as well. All you need to do is to tell your order number when you visit and the order will be handed over to you all very smoothly. For this we have Pickup from store option at delivery section of our website

Yes we do, delivery within Pakistan is done via TCS and it takes 1 to 3 working days to delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

We now offer Cash on Delivery as well. Delivery time is 1 to 4 working days. 

Charges for COD and TCS delivery may differ

Customer charges are mostly applied in countries like Bangladesh, India and UK at times. 

In an effort to avoid customs in UK, we send the parcel in two if the order is of 11 or more products.

 We take measures to limit custom charges in orders that we deliver. However this is no guarantee as custom is charged by countries' local custom authorities so we or our courier partners does not have any control over it.

Yes, you can place different orders and make the payment. Make sure to use the shipmentcarrier as pickup from store, this way we will hold all your orders and ship them once you are done ordering. Shipment charges will be adjusted accordingly so you are not charged extra for each order.

Exchange Policy

We do have an exchange policy. Anything bought from our website can be exchanged within 14 days. Exchange is done within the same brand that was originally ordered

We do not entertain any refunds and any product that is custom made cannot be exchange either.

In case of an exchange shipment charges (both ways) are borne by the customer, if applicable.


Yes with all the unstitch products we offer customized stitching. Stitching charges are mentioned with each product. Our stitching is as per the catalog image however you can have modification such as having full sleeves, trouser instead of churidaar and etc. You may mention complete stitching details and your size once filling out our measurement form. We ensure all your instructions are strictly followed. Link to our measurement form is emailed once an order is placed.

If you are having problem giving out your measurements then don't worry we can stitch your outfits using a standard size that is Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large!

Stitching time depends on the number of outfits you order and a tentative completion time is communicated while you are placing an order.

While Placing an order at our website there's an option of selecting either Fabric only or suits with stitching. Stitching options are either ordering a customized size or in standard size like Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large or XXL. 

Once you select the size the price for the suit changes automatically. 

We email our customers a link to our measurement form once an order is placed. We have a very detailed measurement form with a measurements video guide to help our customers submit measurements the correct way!

Yes, while filling our measurment form you can write the suit code for that measurement and can fill the form multiple times indicating the measurements for each suit. 

We have an instructions box where you can post additional information for the suit

Yes, all the brands we stock are 100% original and supplied to us by authorized suppliers only. 

We do not deal in replicas at all. 

Change in Order

Once an order is placed a customer cannot make the changes itself. You may email us the change in order at [email protected] along with your order number. Our represntative will make the neccessary changes and email you the update invoice.

Please note that emailing us the required changes does not confirm the changes are done unless we send an invoice. Due to customer traffic there could be a delay in response.
